My training sessions provide multiple approaches on ways to exercise and creating a healthy lifestyle. Being enthusiastic for weight lifting and general fitness for over 20 years allows me to change routines and exercises depending on my clients ability. With my clients, I like to try educating them and teach them the basics along their fitness journey. Not just with lifting weights and how many reps and sets they should be doing, but with nutrition tips as well as lifestyle change.
If your just starting out, I would like to start with basic movements and compound exercises. I am continuously educating myself with courses and CPDs for my own fitness and for my clients.
