Payment Methods

We accept payment via card (Stripe), over the phone and childcare voucher/Tax-Free childcare: 

• Please set up your Pembee user account under the parent/carers name and add the child(ren) as attendees to your account.
• Once bookings open, please complete the booking process and agree to the terms and conditions to be taken to the payment page.
• To make payment you can do so by selecting one of the following options

– Card: payment will be taken via Stripe

– Over the phone: you will need to select this option if your credit note is not automatically deducted

– Childcare voucher: you will be asked to select your provider

– Tax free Childcare: you will be asked to provide your reference number

• If paying via childcare voucher or Tax Free Childcare you will need to provide a screenshot/confirmation of your payment to the Holiday Activities team.

Please ensure that the payment reference is to Sylvestrian Leisure Centre and NOT Forest School.
