Monday

  • 6.00pm – 7.00pm = Pilates
  • 7.00pm – 8.00pm = KETTLEBELLS

Tuesday

  • 6.00pm – 7.00pm = Strength and Endurance
  • 7.00pm – 8.00pm = Boxfit
  • 8:00pm – 9:00pm = Yoga

Wednesday

  • 6.00pm – 7.00pm = Pilates
  • 6.00pm – 6.30pm = HIIT (High Intensity Training)
  • 6.30pm – 7.00pm = HIIT (High Intensity Training)
  • 7.00pm – 7.30pm = Ab Attack
  • 7.30pm – 8.30pm = Circuits

Thursday

  • 6.00pm – 7.00pm = Barbell-a (Women Only Class)
  • 7.00pm – 8.00pm = KETTLEBELLS
  • 8.00pm – 9.00pm – Yoga

Saturday

  • 9.00am – 9.30am = HIIT (High Intensity Training)
  • 10.00am–11.00am=RAW Bootcamp

Sunday

  • 10:00am – 11:00am = Strength and Endurance

 

Classes are £7.00 per class or free when you join our membership scheme for the Silver or Gold package.
