- 7.00pm – 7.30pm = Ab Attack
- 7.30pm – 8.15pm = RAW
Thursday
- 6.00pm – 6.45pm = Barbell-a (Women Only Class)
- 7.00pm – 7.45pm = KETTLEBELL KHAOS
- 8:00pm – 8:45pm = BOX L.A.B
Friday
- 6:00-6:45pm = H.I.I.T L.A.B
Saturday
- 09.00 – 09:30 = H.I.I.T
- 10:00 – 10:45 = STRENGTH L.A.B

Sunday
- 9.00Am – 10.00Am = RAW
- 10:00am – 11:00am = Strength and Endurance
Classes are £7.00 per class or free when you join our membership scheme for the Silver or Gold package.
